Charlene DeHaven, M.D. FACEP

Dr. DeHaven is board certified in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, with specific emphasis in the age management field. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. For the last 20 years, her professional efforts have involved aesthetic and medical education and skin care formulating and product development. In addition, she has a wide background in clinical medicine. As a medical resident, she received the Upjohn Clinical Award for Outstanding Resident of the Year.

Dr. DeHaven is a well-known international speaker on aging related issues and aesthetics. She has published widely in professional medical journals and is a frequent contributor to industry and technical journals as well as lifestyle magazines. Throughout her entire career, she has been a dedicated educational innovator, contributing countless hours to several branches of medical and aesthetic education. She has been a pioneer in anti-aging medicine and opened one of the first practices in the United States dedicated to evidence-based age management medicine. Her previous interests in clinical medicine have included age management and disease risk mitigation, the development of anti-aging medical protocols, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, oxidative stress management, preventive cardiology, critical care medicine and emergency medicine. She presently serves as Clinical Director for INNOVATIVE SKINCARE^®.

She has two wonderful children as well as a God-daughter in London. She loves animals and wilderness areas. Dr. DeHaven has volunteered for a number of international medical missions and research projects.
